Liquidity Monitoring

• Preparation of reports containing FX and Libor rates and providing the same to clients.
  • Analysis and reporting of overdrawn accounts and assisting in getting overdrafts funded helping in minimalizing bad debts
  • Preparation of reports containing deposits on client level basis, inferring the Top 10 Gainers and Decliners through analysis
  of the daily deposits and providing a summary to the client enabling them to ascertain premium customers, and find out
  problem areas in regards to Products and Sectors with a comparatively poor performance.
  • Presentation of reports to clients with interests accrued and paid on an account level basis for each clients, enabling them to
  differentiate between high and low interest bearing accounts.
  • Preparation of Notional pooling report differentiating between accounts having Single Currency Pooling and Multiple
  Currency Pooling and providing a summary based on account balance for each type.
  • Creating a summary of accounts bearing overdrafts on high FRR level and providing summary to clients for such accounts
  which are overdrawn and the amount by which the accounts are overdrawn enabling the clients to follow up and retrieve the
  overdrawn amount.
  • Providing month end report to client bearing state of accounts, balances overdrawn, back values cleared and accounts
  settled.
  • Following up on Overdrawn clients, managing client facility ratings

International Trade

• Discounting of Loans on maturity based on treasury rate, booking of loans uploaded on customer end in collaboration
  with treasury.
  • Processing MT 202 and MT 103 swift messages using TRIMS and SAM Reconciliation of accounts with Mirror Accounts
  on a daily basis.
  • Signature Verification and KYC of customers using OFAC guidelines.
  • Reconciliation of Nostro Accounts.
  • Opening Accounts on client requests.
  • Balancing GL accounts
  • Preparing Credit Line report for end customers and providing to clients.
  • Collaborating with Controls and Analytics team regarding Nostro mismatch.
