Responsibilities -

• Champion a large-scale ($5-$6 million dollars) project for one of the largest American property and casualty insurer
• Lead the greenfield implementation and acting as a subject matter expert and scrum master across multiple workstreams including Policy Admin System and Custom agent and customer portal
• Lead a team of 15+ technical analysts, scrum masters and engineers
• The scope spans across greenfield platform implementation, migration, and conversion of legacy book of business and upgrading downstream system reporting
• The program aims at launching the personal auto line of business across 40+ for 7 partners in the US geography leveraging vendor platform and Next Gen Portal
• Drive Scrum of scrums for the individual teams and created client approved dashboards to generate reports for Homesite leadership and Vendors Management reviews that measure initiative schedule, predicted go-live date for a feature, productivity, and quality
• Guide and facilitate leadership of technical solutions alignment with business requirements while complying with the organization's architectural standards
• Shape and support solution designing, code reviews, and test case sign-off
• Author compliance controls for 49 States; reduced production defect rates to below 1% and assisted in early identification of non-compliant policies
• Manage members across 3 vendors under challenging timeline and construct with no delays or quality impacts
• Create product roadmap and schedule and drive it up-to go live and aligned with client leadership, delivery managers and stakeholders.
• Coach team members on productivity strategies to accomplish challenging goals.

• Part of the BOA Holistic Server Maintenance Program (HSMP) from an APAC perspective
• This project aimed at establishing a sustainable process to ensure patch and operating system currency for distributed platforms including Release Management OS upgrades, App Host
• Vulnerability patching (Bank of America’s Private Cloud), LOB application server code deployments
• Activities:
• Planned and coordinated activities for proactive and ongoing maintenance of BOA servers (Cloud + Physical)
• Prepared reports for audit and quality assurance and continual service improvement for leadership review
