Human Resource Executive
➢ Recruitment & Selection
• Planning human resource requirements in consultation with heads of different functional & operational areas and conducting selection interviews.
• Assisting all departments in designing key result areas for management staff. Responsible for conducting Manpower Planning, Performance appraisal with concerned HOD. Managing the complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after identification of manpower requirements.
• Evaluating prospective candidates regarding personal / technical skills relevant to the requirement.
➢ HR Operations:
• Performing the on-boarding process of new employees which includes induction, preparing appointment letters, generating user accounts, introduction to team & job responsibilities.
• Formation and implementation of HR policies and processes within organization.
• Compensation Management. (Salary Structure, Negotiating on Offer's, Salary Discrepancy Issues)
• Processing claims Salary Advances, full & final settlements. Preparing salary and monthly reimbursement of the employees, incentive schemes, attendance system and submitting monthly reports to the Finance Department.
• Petty Cash Management.
• Floating important communication across the companies
• Ensuring all personnel records are properly maintained and updated for new and existing employees.
• Organization Hierarchy Chart, Induction, Presentation’s etc
• Maintaining Employee files, Contractual Hiring & Vendor Management & other support documents.
• Preparing and maintaining all necessary documents for Shops and Establishment / Trade, Insurance, PPL License and others for PAN India stores & submitting it for further procedure.
➢ Payroll & Compensation:
• Maintaining attendance details for all employees.
• Responsible for payroll process for all the employees.
• Generating Monthly Salary, Payslip, Increment details and full & final Settlements of employees
• Preparing the HRMIS in the end of every month which includes details of New Joinee, Increment, Attendance report, Leave register, FNF details, Arrears and other changes which need to be done in that particular month.
• Responsible to ensure all statutory issues like ESI & PF etc.
➢ Training & Development:
• Making Training Calendars, Training Need Analysis and Management of the Training Program.
➢ Employee Relations & Engagement:
• Handling day to day employee queries related to Salary, PF, Increment, HR Policies, etc.
• Engaging employees in different activities and events.
• Ensuring prompt resolution of employee grievances and queries to maintain cordial management.
• Driving employee engagement & conceptualizing events such as birthday celebrations, festivals, and other activities at work
