• Communicating with Buyer/buying house for routine correspondence and update respective department about progress of their samples/ orders
• Working Out T&A as per garment deliveries and to monitor and access sampling and orders from the very initial stage right from costing to order execution
• Providing new developments to buyer in terms of garment styling, embellishments
• Maintained accurate records of inventory levels, pricing structures, and delivery dates.
• Developed and maintained relationships with vendors to ensure timely delivery of merchandise.
• Inspected incoming shipments to confirm they matched purchase orders in terms of quantity, style, color, size.
• Provided technical guidance related to fabric selection, pattern making, dyeing processes.
• Developed product purchasing and sales strategies according to company budgets.

• Handling the complete garment process from start to finish.
• Providing new developments to buyer in terms of garment styling,embellishments
• keeping in view the buyer’s requirement along with competitive pricing and keeping its progress track till order confirmation

• Cross functional task, order placing and ensuring seamless delivery to the buyers in a timely fashion
• To be on top of production follow ups ,keeping the delivery in view,and update order status to customer.
