• Responsible for commissioning, maintenance and overhauling of high speed decanters across the regions of North India.
• Responsible for overhauling of high speed decanters and centrifugal oil filters (Moatti Filters) along with field balancing and testing, thus fulfilling customer requirements and maintaining collaborative relationship.
• Providing effective training on high speed centrifuges, applications, and safety to the team members and customer representatives.

• Responsible for the maintenance and service support of equipments like concrete spraying, utility vehicles situated at North-East region and Bhutan.
• Managed maintenance data records and tracked operating information for onsite reference.
• Managed administrative tasks such as maintaining customer service logs and internal service records.
• Monitored work performance and quality to maintain standards.
• Trained personnel to align objectives, strengthen competencies and standardize operations.
• Inspected equipment and processes to reduce maintenance-related downtime incidents and mitigate equipment failures.

Deployed in the Mines Development Project (MDO) under the operations and service support contract of AAC Mining.

Preparing proper Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) in component repairing like axles, engines to the ground team.

Formulating an inspection plan, shutdown jobs preparations and execution, breakdown analysis and preparing annual maintenance plans.

Minimizing downtime by troubleshooting stoppages and breakdowns while maintaining stock spares and cost optimization.

Reviewing the annual operational practices, identifying the areas of obstruction / quality failures and advising on systems and process changes for qualitative improvement in productivity.

• Handling mechanical maintenance and planning for the machine to be rebuild.
• Streamlining processes and systems with in-depth understanding and continuous optimization of individual, KPIs, 5L objectives and targets, metrics, and reporting on the service performance.
• Executing cost saving and energy saving techniques, measures to achieve a reduction in repair cost.
• Preparing budgeting funds for procurement and sourcing of spares, ensuring optimum utilization of the materials.
• Preparing task plan, action plan and maintaining of the documentation for rebuild processes.
• Ensuring compliance of 5S and machine dispatch documentation, assisting the site teams through parts and components requirements.

• Responsible for maintenance contract of underground machineries like LHD’s, pumps, conveyor belts, etc. at Gare Palma Mines IV/5, Hindalco Industries Ltd and Shurda Mines, Hindustan Copper Limited, ICC.

• Responsible for manufacturing of parts as per drawing / design. Jobs involve selection of materials/ machining/ heat treatment quality checks etc. within specified time frame.
