Contract Finance Management (CFM) is a centralized system which captures all financial obligations from Contract with Customer and Sub-Contractor. This system also calculates financial risk from the clauses written in contracts. Working as CFM SPOC needs detailed understanding of required financial clauses in a contract and respected positive/negative impact to supplier.

Contract Obligation and Governance System (COGS) is a centralized system which captures all delivery obligations written in contract and this system also tracks the delivery status according to the commitments mentioned. The COGS system also triggered notification email to contract owner in case defaulter against any obligation. Working as COGS SPOC needs detailed understanding of delivery commitments agreed and written in contract and guiding delivery team as when needed.
