A dynamic and resourceful Banking professional with more than 15 years’ rich experience in the functional area of retail banking operations and customer service, including 10 years of leadership experience.
· Primary responsibility is of a Front Desk Officer who interacts with all the customers visiting the branch for all their banking related needs.
· Ensuring service excellence to the customers and strict adherence to all TAT given to them for any service requests.
· Cross-sell of Banking & other TPP to the existing customer base including Demat & Online Trading Accounts, Life Insurance, General Insurance, Mutual Funds, Gold & Silver coins and various Retail Asset Products along with NTB CASA acquisition.
· Handling KYC and other compliance procedures to ensure higher audit ratings of the branch.
· Acting as a Back-up Cashier and assisting all day to day cash operations.
· Handling demat desk including opening of demat accounts, DIS execution & all other jobs pertaining to demat operations.
· Handling high value relationships of the branch like Life Insurance Corporation of India, National Insurance Company Limited, RPG Group, Government clients, Micro Finance Institutions, Co-operative banks, Schools & Colleges and other Trust relationships.
