ITM Project Experience:


  • Effectively supporting for ITM Tivoli Monitoring and involved in the activity of upgrading our environment, Installation & Configuration of TEMS, TEPS. Further worked on Commission and decommission of ITM base OS Agents for Linux, Unix & AIX with zero impact
  • Created Custom ITM situation with different thresholds as per the customer requirement
  • Installation of patches and Interim fixes in our environment (TEMS, TEPS, TEMA)
