· Handling multiple accounts built on EMC XtremIO, IBM V7000 , IBM V3700, IBM V5000, IBM V3500, IBM FS5000 , IBM A9000 and XIV, Azure StorSimple ,Pure Storage , Nasuni Cloud , Synology, Brocade and Cisco switches with primary contact to customer.

· Managing 4 PB of Storage capacity with multiple storages across the Globe.

· Supporting 24/7 on call support for any critical issues in Storage Tower.

• Administration experience on IBM V7000,V3500,V3700,V5000,FS5000,A9000,SVC,XIV, Azure StorSimple , IBM Cloud, Cisco and Brocade switches.

• Maintaining and administration of various disk storage arrays in the customer environment and performing activities like storage provisioning, building and decommissioning

• Every day activities include LUN provisioning, managing H/w faults for storage and the switches,LUN provisioning, mapping, LUN reclamation and zoning

• Administration of different storages through SVC , Hyperscale Manager

• Enabling secure fabric connectivity through zoning between servers and storage and configure them for administration

• Configuring arrays & creating volumes and mapping volumes to hosts through storage partitioning

• Establishing flash copy, metro mirror and global copy relationships

• Experience with Business Continuity Solutions using Flash copy at IBM V7000 and Snapshot at IBM XIV level • Experience with periodical activities (DR-Test)

• Working on replication sessions and LUNs for DR activity

· Case creation with vendor regarding hardware failures and coordinate with them till the resolution.

· Ensure SLA criteria are met & that every ticket is resolved within the window.
