• Storage Area Network (SAN) and Network-attached storage (NAS) set up and Management, system administration, technology support and technical troubleshooting.

• Coordinating with vendors for hardware replacements across globally.
• Volume creation, management and Qtree Management.
• Responding the incident tickets and working on SLA timelines
• Worked on migrating Netapp filers from Ontap 7-mode to c-mode version using 7mtt.

Worked for the Customer, Keysight Technologies for which my responsibilities are CIFS & NFS creation and troubleshooting, Snapshot Management and Data restoration from snapshots, Lun creation and assignment, Handling incidents and working on them on SLA timelines. Won a WOW award from the customer for the same.
