Responsibilities:

Citrix:

• Implementing end to end Citrix solution
• Configuring hosting, Machine Catalogs, delivery groups as per request, expertise in creating all types of MCS based machine catalogues, (pooled & static)
• End to End testing’s if there is any issues in testing will work until the closure
• Create and configuring Citrix policies

Windows administrator:

• Configuring and managing GPO’s and OU’s
• Developing and automating configurations using power shell scripts

NetScaler:

• Design, implement, and support Citrix NetScaler solutions for optimal performance and reliability
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to integrate NetScaler with Xen app and Xen desktop environments
• Expertise in troubleshooting and resolving in complex issues related to NetScaler
• Firmware upgrades

Role: Citrix, Azure, AVD, Google, Linux & Storage Administrator

Responsibilities:

Citrix Cloud Engineer:

• Implementation of end to end Citrix Solution and followed Hybrid cloud approach - Management plane hosted on Citrix cloud, Workloads hosted on Azure & Google Cloud
• Analyzing existing VDI environment and suggest best practice, recommendations, prepare plan / Implementation document and follow it till closure
• Configuring hosting, Machine catalogues, Delivery groups as per request
• Expertise in creating all types of MCS based Machine catalogues (pooled & static) and Assigning Desktops to end users
• Expertise in preparing Golden Images / Master Images
• Monitors VDIs health using monitor service and Review periodic reports of VDIs health, resource usage, user experience and overall environment performance
• Design user Profile Solution with FSLogix Profile
• Working on VDIs upgradation project from Win10 to Win11 &2016 to2019
• Create and configuring Citrix Policies

• The goal of POC is Implementing Automated AVD solution by leveraging Azure DevOps, Terraform
• As part of AVD solution POC, Implemented Azure ADDS for AD services and utilized Azure Image builder to create Master Images/Golden images and placed them in Azure compute Galleries
• Created of Host pools (Pooled & Personal), Application Groups( Desktop & Remote App), Workspace in AVD environment
• Managing and implementing user profile solution with FsLogix and Publishing Multisession Desktops and Apps to end users
• Troubleshooting and addressing all AVD related issues, User connection issues, User profile related issues
• Monitoring Session hosts health, Performance and overall environment performance
• Administration of Azure services like Virtual machines, Azure storage accounts, Subscriptions, Snapshots, Azure Compute Gallery, Azure VNETs, IAM, Azure AD, Azure Image Builder, NSGs, Log analytics, backups

• Install and maintain servers
• Help troubleshoot problems with Linux servers, running various versions of Linux, including Red Hat, Ubuntu
• Engage in continuous testing of new Linux versions and applications on an on-demand basis
• Provide support to users on basic and advanced desktop and server tasks
• Perform other related duties as assigned

• Creation of master images
• Updating Machine catalogs and Publishing Apps to end users
• Managing OU's and AD security groups
• Monitors VDIs health using monitor service and Review periodic reports of VDIs health, resource usage, user experience and overall environment performance
• Providing End user Support
• Raising changes and implementing
• Patching activity, Fixing Vulnerabilities
• Incident Management support ( deliver on call, assist with incidents during office hours )
