Project Summary:

A leading United Kingdom insurance authority needed to handle their insurance products. The majority of claims we receive are resolved without formal court proceedings and, in these early stages, more claims are resolved without payment of damages than with payment of damages. We were asked to develop the total insurance claim flow. Project has team for handling Claims and Data migration. I worked majorly on claims team, where we implemented life cycle for claim cases with the help of Pega Claims for insurance.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Participated in multiple stages of agile development cycle like design, development, testing, bug fixes
• Created process flows and case type designing based on requirements
• Worked on the enhancement of the existing code with respect to the Coding Standards and practices
