Detailed technical support tasks:

File system management, performance monitoring, FTP, and NIM.
Installing AIX 5.x base image using NIM.
Migrating and upgrading servers to newer versions of AIX, and changing to a 64-bit kernel.
Replaced the faulty HBA.
Upgrading HBA firmware level and HMC firmware level.
Creating FS as per the requirement.
Applying the APAR and DST fix for hardening the server.
Upgrading ML using NFS.
Installation and upgradation of software (e.g. Java, SRM, SSH, TSM, Tivoli Endpoint, etc.
Activating or deactivating the LPAR profile via the HMC console during the upgrade.
Changing the default partition profile, if required.
Maintaining the LPAR (Power5) through the WebSM Client requires good knowledge of HACMP.
Good work experience in the Remedy Tool for creating tickets and changes.
