• Scope: Project Introduction cost (PIC), Manufacturing cost, General and administration cost.
• Validation of cost against budget before incurred.
• Month closure support, provision validation and rectification entries preparation.
• Preparation of Yearly Budget, Rolling Forecasts and Actuals MIS reports on monthly basis.
• Preparation of Cost per unit model wise and shop wise for the budgeting and forecasting.
• Preparation of Variance analysis reports versus different milestones.

• Financial Planning and Analysis Team:
• Preparation of Budget, Forecast and Actual Operating Profit/Loss reports for Manufacturing entity (Renault Nissan) and Sales entity (Nissan Motors) in India.
• Preparation of Consolidated Marginal Profit reports of India entities (RNAPLI and NMIPL) and reporting to Global FP&A team on monthly basis.
• Preparation of monthly Variance analysis reports versus different milestones as per Global requirement.
• Uploading Budget and Forecast P/L in group reporting tool as per (HFM - Hyperion Financial Management) codes.
• Markup study on a monthly basis and signoff document to be prepared.
• Cost settlement to Sales entities (Renault and Nissan).
• Audit support and queries handling.
• Ad hoc reports as per Global requirement.
