• Leadership hiring across functions like strategy, Innovation, marketing, across various businesses in Shemaroo
• Accountable for end to end recruitment process for different Business Units.
• Managed over all 90+ end-to-end hiring during my tenure with Shemaroo. Closures have been in niche functions within the given TAT. Engaging with managers and stakeholders for requirement gathering. Implemented the best candidate experience project.
• Meeting the stakeholders to create platforms for building Recruiter Capability across BU.
• Worked closely with the COE to build the TA Process.
• Lead and drive the LinkedIn Recruiter Usage across my Business Unit's, ensuring effective usage of the tool.
• Provide detailed Interview Assessment Reports, weekly recruitment reports, weekly mailers to all the hiring managers about their ongoing requirements etc.

• Facilitating the entire recruitment cycle and participating in the selection process, completing pre and post recruitment formalities. Have been a part of setting up new a branch at Dehradun and Bangalore.
• Recruitment Process Management: Job role involves the entire recruitment process from requirement gathering from hiring managers, recruitment strategy, sourcing profiles, shortlisting, Interview coordination, salary negotiation, background verification, offering prospective employees and onboarding within a stipulated time frame. Engaging with managers and stakeholders for requirement gathering.
• Primarily the responsibility is to carry out activities such as sourcing, Screening, validating candidates from various job portals and referral databases. Sourcing of relevant resumes through LinkedIn, Job Portals – Monster, Naukri.com, Linked in & networking and references (Internal and External).
• Ensure that the Joining kit i.e. Offer Letter, Medical Examination Letter, Bank formalities, Stationery, etc is given to the new recruits. Preparing Monthly Attendance data & Reliving letters of the employee.
• Preparing Appointment Letter and sending the same to their respective Reporting Manager.
• Follow up with IT team for creating new E-Mail Ids for new joiners.
• Designing and facilitating induction/orientation programs for new joiners.
• Managed recruitment drives in Chennai, Hyderabad, Goa, Dehradun etc. to hire from competitors & Campuses
