  • Pre-Screen Candidates and communicate job details for job orders that match a candidate’s skill set to assess, interest, availability and determine if candidate is qualified.
  • Responsible for hiring Quality Teaching faculty in various domains like, Pharmacy, Liberal arts, Sciences, Allied Health Sciences Computer science engineering and Management etc..
  • Source and screen candidates from different job portals like Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn as per the requirements. Hands on Google Meet, Zoom and Microsoft Teams for coordinating interviews. Also used AMCAT Recruiter interface for profiles.
