• Handling Product Development and production for Export Brand like LEVIS & GANT

• Monthly Production capacity of 3 lakhs units • Taking care of Product developments & bulk shipments from End to End • Greige yarn & bulk fabric booking based on development of styles.

• Co ordinating with various mills/fabric supplier to ensure quality and timely delivery of fabrics • Conducting Risk Analysis Meeting with Buying/Factory to Align the requirement before commencing the production.

• Conducting PPM and make sure the required materials are in-housed to make sure there will be no idleness in the production floor.

• Fabric Consumption finalization in the production floor based on the R&D as well as running marker. • Shortage/Excess shipments possibilities are informed well in advance to take necessary approval.

• Follow-up on the production plan, based on DPR push the team to achieve on-time delivery. • Back-end support on managing the logistics activities to meet the required INDC

• Handled Product Development for Brand Max

• Pre-production: Lab dips / Strike off's - Followup, Submission & getting approvals

• Sampling: Proto sample / FIT sample / PP sample / SMS / Sealer Samples - Follow up, Submission & getting approvals

• Coordinating with senior for costing and consumption working

• Coordinating with testing Laboratory to get reports
