  • Managing the complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after identification of manpower requirements.
  • Attracting talent through job portals, Head hunting, Employee referral scheme, placement agencies & walk-ins.
  • Planning human resource requirements in consultation with heads of different functional & operational areas and selection through Assessment Centers and behavioral selection interviews.
  • Involved in selection & screening process of face to face interviews and final negotiation on various aspects for Salary, role & position offered.
  • Hired 500+ Candidate till now in different industries (Like Services, Pharmaceutical, and EMS) from Operator to Manager, V.P & other Designation.
  • I did hire 80 + Candidates in OVT from beginning to till now.

  • Initiated Exit Interview Process for resigned & terminated employees and identifying the main reasons of attrition.

Joining & Induction Program

  • Plan, organize, and conduct induction program, devise the orientation plan for the new joiners and help them understand the company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain & Update the HR files and employee information in various reports like employee master database, employee CV's, preparing all HR letters and certificates.
  • Preparing the Appointment letters & Completing the joining formalities i.e. collecting the required documents, creation of mail id/maintaining Biometric system, introduce and set the KRA for new joiners with the help of their departmental heads.
  • Identifying training needs across levels through mapping of skills required for particular positions and analysis of the existing level of competencies.
  • Organizing managerial / technical trainings to enhance managerial and soft skills of the employees; budgeting & organizing customized training programs based on the training need analysis to enhance the manpower skills & efficiency.

Maintaining HRIS

Maintaining an extensive Human resource Information system, which engulfs all the requisite information about the manpower of the company and also the skill-sets required for each critical position.
