Human Systems Reporting Center - Truist Bank  (CTS)


The Human systems Reporting center is a reporting portal accessible by all associates where they can run general reports to get non confidential data on associates. The HS Reporting center also contains role-based reports for supervisors, center managers and other defined groups, as well as custom reports developed for specific users to run on demand. Examples of reports: FTE Analysis, specific projects like United Way, Payroll register, Lead listings and etc.

MergerRIF (Severance) (Truist Bank) CTS

The severance database is used by the Human Systems Division to track associates through the severance career transition services process during a Reduction In Force(RIF), including associates from merger/acquisition transitions. The stored associate\ data is used to generate reports that are used by several departments within the Human Systems division as well as accounting and Financial Reporting to track associates for eligibility, status/information changes and timing of payments. The associate record data is also used to generate the legal severance documents that are given to the associate when receiving the severance package.

PP347 (Truist Bank) CTS

The PP347 application is designed to import payroll information into the workdaysystem. It  is a WPF(Windows Presentation Foundation) application that loads associates’ data from flat files into sql server.Once the data is loaded,it is then exported to the workday system. Then Associate data is exported to workday through this application. Payroll calculation are performed based on associates working hours and payroll dates and earning codes.

Workdayphotoextractor

Workdayphotoextractor is a console application. This application helps to add and update employees information and photos of active and terminated employees. It also removes the terminated employees information and their photos from database and workday.

NonincentiveSSIS (Truist bank) CTS

Nonincentivessis is a ssis package to load data from flat files to sql server and workday and vice versa. We are maintaining almost 20 plus ssis package to refresh sql database on daily basis.

INT0202 – Refresh all the Truist teammates data on sql server using workday file .

INT0173 - Refresh associates time off data on sql server.

INT0177 - Refresh Associates Future termination details on database using workday file.

INT0175 – Refresh associates phones on sql server using workday file…etc
