I am working with Cognizant for 7 years 5 months as a Senior process associate with a role of Floor Support and OJT Trainer in a Banking Finance Operations. I am currently providing support to 14 production users. My major job role is to solve operational queries for my team and give them resolution for difficult tickets and to meet the TAT. Secondarily I also do daily production to help the team. Flexible to work in any shift with experience of working under pressure and over all I am a team player. I am looking for a change in my career so I am in search of new opportunity.
