• Convert the Legacy 2D drawing to 3D model.
• Create Assembly as per the drawings.
• Maintaining the COS as per requirement in the model.

Project Name 2: Lean PLM project for AIRBUS A320 family on wing structure

• Review the PSCN and understand the intent.
• Review DS to DDS grouping.
• Create Product for each DS.
• Create drawing for each DDS.
• Populate product and drawings into VPM.
• Create BOM for each DS.
• Generate Drawset in PASS and add all attributes.
• Pre-check all generated drawsets.
• Load Drawset into PASS and sign-off the loop.
• Rework DDS to enable Validation.

• Structural layouts of AMCA AIR-DUCT, FLAPERON test box using NMG with GSD Workbench.
• 3D Modelling of testbox parts using GSD/Part design workbench.
• 3D modelling of composite parts like skins, composite supporting structures, stiffeners etc.
• Components & Assembly validation, Interference check in main assembly.
• Creation of models pertinent to design quality standards.
• Working on PLM software (TEAMCENTER) for data management.
• Assigning of materials, layup sequence for composite parts.
• Generation of Material schedule, stock size, Drawing attributes, MS sheet attributes, Drawing sheet attributes through Teamcenter.

• Developing a solid model for a given drawing.
• Generating detailed drawing.
• Preparing fabrication drawing for Sheetmetal components.
• Developing templates for Sheetmetal parts.
• Preparing 2D drawings for WEDM.
• Verification of customer drawing specs and additional requirement.
