• Efficiently plan drone survey projects, outlining objectives, timelines, and resource requirements for seamless execution.
• Lead and motivate a team of drone operators, ensuring clear communication and collaboration for successful survey missions.
• Utilize strong technical knowledge to oversee drone operations, ensuring accurate data collection and adherence to industry standards.

• Implement rigorous quality control measures to validate survey data accuracy, enabling reliable analysis and decision-making for clients.
• Recruitment of experienced and knowledgeable Pilots, Image Processing\GIS Team and DGPS Operators.
• Monitor & Manage operations and project expenses with in the project limit.
• SOP Preparation for Pilots, Co-Pilots and Photogrammetry\GIS Team.
• Utilizing industry-standard software tools such as Agisoft Metashape, Drone Deploy, ArcGIS and other drone photogrammetry software for data processing.
• Foster strong client relationships by understanding their requirements, addressing concerns, and delivering high-quality drone survey results, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Implemented quality control measures to validate survey data accuracy, ensuring reliable and precise information for clients, and maintaining high standards of data integrity.
• Handle the client and coordinate with police department regarding permission.
• Analyzed data from various sources such as surveys, interviews and focus groups to inform decision-making related to projects.

• Check Data Quality & evaluated alternative methods for improving.
• Ensured compliance with local laws and regulations governing use of Drone.
• Conducted in-depth pre-flight, In-Flight and post-flight checks for safety and operational compliance.
• Monitor field activities related to GCP setup and DGPS operations.
• Monitored weather conditions prior to each flight, ensuring safe operations at all times.
• Perform regular maintenance checks of drones.
