Partnering with Growth Markets (GM) CyberSecurity leadership -

· to drive & support strategic and operational programs through technology driven interactive & reporting solutions, governance, and program management

· acting as a trusted advisor by effectively engaging with our Cybersecurity leadership to equip them with business insights and information and driving strategic growth priorities on their behalf

· in setting up sales & revenue targets, pipeline analytics, financial reporting & analytics, & managing overall Cybersecurity business operations to help drive business growth and have the right revenue recognition

Key responsibility areas –

Manage the Strategy

• Working with the GM Leader to define the practice strategy and develop and manage the programs needed to realize the strategy
• Managing the governance forums needed to ensure execution of the strategy & publish key business metrics, analysis and insights
• Managing the market development budgets & allocate and authorize the responsible leaders to propel growth in business areas
• Managing relationships with stakeholder groups and work with key individuals across other corporate functions (e.g., Finance, HR, Marketing and Sales & Pricing Performance) to develop solutions

Drive Growth

• Monitor & analyze business performance to alert leaders to critical issues and define the action plans necessary to address the issues
• Ensure each market unit within GM defines their list of priority clients and sales plans needed to achieve the revenue plan
• Support leaders’ understanding of pipeline including key must-win opportunities & projected revenue landing vs target

Practice Enablement

• Lead/support continuous improvement and optimization programs for operational processes (e.g., use of standard Accenture tools)
• Create awareness & adoption of standard Accenture CyberSecurity processes, applications & dashboards
• Train & enable practitioners & responsible leaders to effectively utilize standard cybersecurity business performance reporting solutions

Led ‘Data Mining & Insights' team of diverse professionals comprising Qualitative Analysts, Quantitative Analysts, Graphic Designers, Content Writers, Editors and Web Developers, to -

• Generate off-the-shelf research publications/reports for the Fortune 500 clients
• Provide data analytics, dashboards, graphic designing & editorial services to partners & consultants
• Create executive briefings, point of views (PoVs) & presentations using data analysis, design (infographics) & analytics (insights) tools
• Successfully led an organization-wide initiative on ‘Capability Building in Dashboards/Analytics'
