• Responsible for media planning for my categories. Took data backed decisions on actual spends and ROI/ROAS optimization at a channel level.
• Worked on Annual Operating Plan (AOP) for my categories. Company level targets/budgets for Production, Marketing, Planning, Procurement & Ops were created bottoms up.
• Led Product merchandising on website/retail. Setup processes for visibility plan based on AOP targets and margin acceleration. Led a content team to device A+/B+ winning content based on continuous experimentations.
• Led production planning for the category. Managed merchandising ops, inbound planning and dead inventory management.
• Managed large-scale projects and introduced new systems, tools, and processes to achieve challenging objectives. Projects around Raw Material cost management - reduced by 14% & Product fixes - reduced Returns by 75% against previous quarter.

• Worked as the Growth manager responsible for end to end payment solution at Wakefit. Scaled payment architecture from 1 PG static & error-prone payment system to end-to-end payment stack with multiple PGs - cost reduction of 22% & success rate increase by 27%.

Banking Partnership:

• Led Banking Alliances end-to-end. Closed 5 major banks in the first 12 months to drive major business value proposition for Wakefit in terms of co-funded offer. Banks like - HDFC, ICICI, SBI, Yes Bank, Axis Bank. Offer contribution of 7Cr+ by banks in annual year.

Research Analyst - Product

• Moved to the Product team & worked directly under the Product Manager on streamlining traffic funnels, creating funnel reporting & running A/B tests. Created processes to test and launch new pages. Improved CTR by 24%.
• Optimizing Product Pages. Worked on on-site conversions & organic traction growth from Product standpoint. Conducted various tech driven tests to optimize pages for better click-through & interactions.
