Being a newbie in the automotive industry, I got an understanding of different ways volvo operates to make money and also got to know the underlying systems which enable them.

• Working with multiple stakeholders to understand the pain point, define the user stories, identify and conduct the POCs whenever required
• Extensively involved in estimating, designing and implementing the solution
• Got good exposure to Sales Cloud and Sales Engagement
• Involved in the POC focusing on assessing the salesforce platform capabilities out of salesforce using salesforce OOTB APIs
• Gain good exposure with Composite APIs and the REST based callouts
• Mentoring and Leading a team of 3-4 seasoned salesforce developers. Also involved in code review activities

• Interact with Client (Vertex Inc.), scrum team and different stakeholders to come up with solution which is business acceptable and is also technically feasible
• Worked as a Key developer and collaborated with Salesforce SPOCs for one of the newest managed package solutions created for recently launched Subscription management feature by Salesforce.
• Working in major enhancements of Vertex managed packages for tax calculation integrations for different Salesforce provided managed packages (CPQ, Cloudcraze, Billing & etc.)
• Troubleshooting the major issues which subscribers face with the Vertex managed packages
• Creating technical stories, Spikes & POCs
• Have backlog grooming sessions, code reviews sessions and technical design discussions within or outside the team
• Alongside the full-time project work I have participated in the EPAM partner community pilot implementation
• Completed the rigorous training on LWC provided by EPAM Incubation Lab team

• Taken up the development related to Aura components (Lightning experience) for Supplier Income Portal.
• Helped Business Analysts with requirement elicitation, brainstorming, technical story, and spikes (POCs) creation.
• Documentation, Conducting User training session and KT sessions.
• Solely handled development related activities for a market.
• Got more exposure on Apex, Aura components, Experience Cloud & Chart JS framework.

Key Project: Supplier Income Portal | Developed reusable component for pagination and custom reports , which have saved around 22 hrs. of development effort | Developed a data loader tool for business users , it can facilitate bulk import of records from CSV on community portal with excellent user experience

• Ramped up my understanding on CRM, Order Management & Product plus Pricing configuration.
• Contributed significantly as a Salesforce and Siebel developer in building CRM & Order management system for ACT Fibernet.
• Along with my primary role I supported data migration team for migrating legacy data.

Semi-Automated the order fallout re-trigger - Developed a custom screen incorporating all the Bulk Order related functionality like importing text file into system, process different kind of orders asynchronously based on action provided and provide response as well for every record.
