Company Overview: Previously known as IndianOil Tanking Limited, involved in Operation & Maintenance in Oil & Gas sector (Oil Terminal & Refinery Tank-farm, Tank-farm Operation).
Commissioning & De-Commissioning of Storage Tanks & Mounded Bullets of LPG.
Reviewing of drawings (PFD, P&ID) and necessary correction/ implementations in time.
Responsible for Inspections/witnessing of tanks and lines before and after hydro testing/box up as per standards and drawings. (With supporting departments like Mechanical and Quality).
Compliance of PSSR audit points and its follow-up in-time.
To keep liaison with the statutory bodies.
Involved in New Upcoming Systems Pre-commissioning activities (Inspection, Design Docs reviewing, Engineering and Safety Audits and System readiness monitoring and documentation)

HIGHLIGHTS OF INSTALLATION EXPERIENCE
Successfully commissioned Aviation TT Loading Gantry, Sprinkler, Foam, HVLRM System, product Pipeline, PSV of tanks for storage tanks at HPCL Bahadurgarh Terminal
Implementation of revised ISO 9001:2015 at HPCL POL Terminal, Bahadurgarh in different projects activity.
Completion of 10 Nos. of Tanks M&I within a period of 1 year.
Implementation of DPR, WPR, MPR along with the study of constraints areas of projects.
Taking of approval from lionising authority for start / approval of green field projects.
Conducted safety promotional activities like Safety quiz, Good housekeeping promotional campaign and group risk assessment for different projects.
Testing and inspection of firefighting equipment's.
Successfully designed and implemented the Award System to motivate contract workmen & tank truck crew for ensuring adherence to HSE standards.
