The project involved the supply of AC Drive Panels & suitable containers (E-House). Acted as interface between different departments and vendors and played key role right from Engineering of the drive panels &E-room Container, drawing preparation, drawing approvals, Procurement of equipment’s, negotiation with vendors & complete project management ensuring timely delivery of hardware and complete execution of the project in cost effective way.
  • Successfully lead a team of engineers for successfully commissioning AC Drive panels of VasavDatta Cement Plant Unit – 3 & its Captive Power Plant Unit -2. The order included more than 120 VFD’s for various applications in cement plants. Played a key role in commissioning of KILN main Drive, ID & FD Fan, Preheater Fans & establishing Profibus Communication between VFD’s & DCS.
  • Successfully tested & held customer inspection of GT3000 series of Ansaldo make AC Drive panel for ID fan of BOF for Durgapur Steel Plant.

Project Engineer

  • Successfully designed, tested & Commissioned 6 nos. of ACD System for reactor coolant pumps for Heavy Water Plant at Kota. Drive capacities ranging from 132KW to 200KW Motor capacities were used in this project. The design also featured the use of an Input Harmonic filter for eliminating the 5th and 7th harmonics in the input current waveform and for limiting the current THD to less than 10% at the PCC. Responsible for complete site management & Handover to Customer. The Project also included retrofitting of the existing control desk with new one. The Retrofitting job was successfully completed in stringent time schedule.
