• Supported Agile project success by actively collaborating with the product owner and Scrum Master on BV and CP initiatives.
• Created user stories, Epics with relevant acceptance criteria in collaboration with the Product Owner, and seamlessly incorporated them into the product backlog using the JIRA tool.

• Led the development and implementation of the Smart Check tool, which securely accesses customers' mobile devices virtually to conduct comprehensive health checks
