Being the WFM for Next, one of the biggest fashion houses of the UK, managed SLA framework as per the clients requirements, staffing, performing root cause analysis of underperforming services and developed corrective action plans accordingly. Aim was to improve overall service delivery process and ensure that new services are delivered in line with established standards.
