Role Based Access -Contributed in the development and design of the complete role-based access feature in the tenant management module. This feature allows users to be granted access based on the roles they have been assigned, along with the specific permissions associated with each role.

Subscription & Billing Automation - Contributed in both development and design of the subscription management and billing automation module within the tenant management application by integrating external applications such as Zoho and SAP. This project includes the configuration of license limits and pricing. By automating this process, we reduced the manual effort of the billing operations team by 50%.

Credit and Alert Management System - It is kind of order and billing management system which includes managing the credit of the licenses for the customer based on the requirement and consumption. Also, raise billing for excess usage of the licenses which does not stop even after 100% consumption of the allowed limits. It also includes sending alert to the customer as per given requirement from marketing and business Ex: Sending alerts on their 75%, 90% and 100% usage of the allowed license limits. On this project, i single handed worked and developer with superior code quality and successfully delivered on production.

ETL Scheduler - Built and maintained the ETL Schedulers which will run the jobs wrt to the tenant to process data from the tenant database to the ETL database and datawarehouse which is used to pull the reports for the usage of any features.

CX Tools Integrations- I effectively managed and integrated various customer experience (CX) tools such as Wootric, Fullstory, Clarity, and Beamer. I ensured that these tools were seamlessly integrated to load on iframes as well, optimizing their performance and usability in our current system.

Advertisement Campaign Analytics - Developed a dashboard for customer where they can visualize their running campaigns/adwords performance across different platforms like Facebook, Google, Appsflyer etc in one place instead of going and checking each and every platform. To implement this i used different approaches to get data from the required platform where some were API based and some where traditional file based.
