Job Description: Design and Construction of Civil, Building and Track works for double line railway involving formation in embankments / cuttings, bridges, structures buildings, ballast on formation, track works including testing and commissioning on Design-Build Lump sum basis for Sachin-Vadodara section of Western Dedicated Freight Corridor.
Job Responsibilities:
Project Planning, Progress Monitoring and Progress Reporting
Progress Monitoring via Plan vs Achieved, preparing revenue for the month against Work Done
Preparing and presenting the details of the project in meetings
Conducting review meetings at site with all vendors/contractors
Preparation of minutes of meeting and follow-up action, attending review meetings by management
Coordination with Engineering consultants for expediting release of drawings
Preparation of Databases for Progress Monitoring, develop a robust monitoring system to monitor against schedule and at various disciplines or systems
Coordinate and Regulate various meetings for Project Progress, deciding execution strategies
Driving a project with close co-ordination, resolving critical issues upfront, derive conclusion & a way forward collaboratively
Interface Management
Coordinating and Interfacing with all the Interface Contractors
Chairing and attending Interface Meetings with Client and Interface Contractors to resolve Issues and having discussions regarding progress as per the Interfacing requirement in Contract
Monitoring and Coordinating with site to execute and to comply with the Interfacing contractors so the same can be handed over to the Interface Contractors for their Scope of Work
Resolving and Managing all issues related to Interface Management
Replying and Preparing Interface related letters to Client and Interface Contractors.
