Key Working Areas :

1. Working in Motherhub(Sort Centre) of Flipkart. Processing of

shipments (Local, Zonal, Return and Marketplaces) as per there ideal

cutoff.

2. Processing of shipments from fulfillment center which is just

adjacent to Motherhub. This processing is accomplished by scanning

shipments two times. First is Primary Scan and another is Secondary

Scan.

3. Putaway of processed shipments to staging area which is Local,

Near Zonal, Zonal, Interfacility and Air.

4. Optimum Manpower deployment.

5. KPI and Productivity chart.

6. Audit checks of Bag containing shipments after its closure.

7. Handling of manpower 150 in each shift.

8. Avoid any functional breach such that all shipments are connected

as per ideal cutoff.

9. Maintaining 5S.

10. Monitor absenteeism everyday such that it should not become

greater than 75%.

11. Processing of all forward shipments (going towards customer)

within 24 hours once it reaches hub.

12. Processing of all return shipments (RTO and RVP) within 48 hours

once it reaches the hub.

13. Processing of CPD(Customer Promise Date) shipments on first

priority. Second priority isETA(expected time of arrival) breach

shipments.

14. Checking hourly processing rate of primary & secondary scans &

evaluating performanceof scanners based on the no of scans

performed.

15. Providing Kaizen for continual improvements.

16. Providing near miss regularly to avoid any unnecessary accident.
