Process Name:- ISA (Individual Saving Account) Amalgamation

  • Request received from customer regarding fund transfer to other account or close the old account & transfer fund in new account.
  • We have to read request letter very carefully & identify the actual customer needs, work according to customer request.
  • When we received the request letter, we have to identify the customer name, address, dob, given account number & NIC (National Insurgence Number) with our system, after verifying all the data then we have to proceed next.
  • In next step we have see the bank notes regarding any fraud or prohibited indicators & customer give any instructions regarding account closing or fund transferring.
  • After verify all the data or notes we have to do fund transfer to other bank account with interest & close the old account in full transfer request.
  • When we received the part amount transfer request then we have to transfer what the amount customer requested. In part transfer request we dont have to close any account but maintain the both accounts.
  • when the transfer request completed then we have to send the acknowledge to customer like you amount transfers successfully on this date with this amount.
  • Incase any customers data not matching with our system we fail the case & send the letter to customer we are unable to proceeds with your request due to (reason).
  • Some time we received request from 3rd party then we have to verify the 3rd party & costumer details both.
  • When the fund we have to transfer another bank account which is not part of Lloyds bank the we have to make the cheque & transfer the amount with cheque.
