JOB RESPONSIBILITY-

• Responsible for Pickling Process and pickling Quality
• Responsible or input material planning and Coil Handling at entry Section
• Responsible For yield Control and Daily Target achievement
• Responsible for shutdown work planning , Preventive maintenance
• Responsible for final quality judgement
• Responsible for optimum utilization of machine and man power
• Maintain the all process parameters as per line speed and quality requirement
• Monitor all wastages like scrap, scale
• Controlling the process through MES (Manufacturing Execution System)
• Responsible for shift production 100% prime, no accident without delay
• Handling of skilled and unskilled manpower
• Follow up and communicate with the Electrical / Mechanical Department for solving respective problems in time
• Coordination with all members for smooth process operation of line
