  • To predict the likelihood of customer shopping next month in a retail sector(RFM Analysis)., 03/2021, 06/2021,

Implemented Data Preprocessing techniques for making the data insights useful. Used RFM analysis method to find the recency, frequency and monetary score of all the customers in a retail sector. Overall scores generated using rfm scores was used to identify the likelihood of customers shopping next month. Used XGBOOST ensemble method to boost the accuracy to 94%. Successfully deployed the model using streamlit.

Used various web scraping and data extraction tools to create clusters of data. Performed sentimental analysis on the clusters and generated word cloud for the same. Used NLTK and gensim libraries to perform text preprocessing which includes tokenization, removal of stopwords,lemmatization and stemming. Used Latent Dirichlet Allocation(LDA) method of text mining to build the model to classify the clusters to a specific topic. Successfully deployed the model using Streamlit.

Conducted time and process study on the value stream of the production with the help of Lean manufacturing tool " Value stream mapping ". Objective of this project was to optimize the cycle time of the servomotor assembly using Lean methodology by reducing waste or non-value added stream time. Proposed a study for use of soft jaws and fixtures while machining which helped them in increased productivity.
