• Coordinating with logistics team on customs clearance, in special cases raising premium freight to dock cargo earlier by changing regular shipment method.

• Monitoring and updating EDD of materials in Management Information system.
• Submitting Material arrival report wrt to vendor on daily basis and Material availability report wrt to Sale orders on weekly basis.

• Changed the authorization of ASN creation from vendor to buyer to eliminate invoice pending issues due to human errors.
