ImportRight was developed to automate the
candidate screening process and to enable candidate
data migration between the two applicant tracking
systems.


Project Case:
Everyday approximately 200+ candidates applies for
various open positions on the client system, we need to
screen each candidate by analyzing their application
form basis to various criteria.


Solution:
We developed excel vba based solution by adding
selenium library to excel vba and build the functionality
to perform all the required steps. There are several “if…then” conditions that
perform decision making to handle various scenarios.
