Led the implementation of Oracle Order to Cash reporting and maintenance of Incentive Compensation, National Employment report database, Sales order workflow systems. Led the transition and set up of teams, establishing processes for timely and quality deliverables.

Part of building an industry leading Automobile Insurance Claims life cycle automation, then following state of the art industry leading development practices like agile development, web service architecture and distributed development teams across India, Switzerland, Germany, Portugal. I was involved in building Integrations between the Insurance claims system, Assessors system and Vehicle identification system.

led the first of it's kind test automation solution testing with 10,000+ cases for a multi-lingual, multi-locale system enabling daily builds and weekly releases.

Built interfaces between Japanese Securities Agency, Tokyo Stock Exchange and DLJ Direct to enable Trade Settlement for Pershing Investments, Tokyo. Led the user acceptance testing for interfaces team at client site.
