- Serve as a senior member of the team, working closely with project teams, Project Managers (based in the UK, New York, and Spain), Operational Implementation Managers (OIMs), and senior management to ensure the successful delivery of digital products. This includes providing expertise in production workflows, authoring tools, product development activities, and related process documentation.
- Project Lead: Currently managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring efficient execution, adherence to timelines, and delivery of high-quality outcomes.
- Provide support and guidance to the project team in resolving complex project-related issues, as needed.
- Assist Implementation Managers with the project setup process by capturing project settings, and creating projects on the designated platform.
- Review the project schedule before and during production to identify any changes in timelines, and implement necessary amendments. Manage production deadlines and resource requirements to ensure the team's work aligns with project goals.
- Assist and oversee production tasks to ensure successful, high-quality project completion.
- Coordinate with functional teams during production to recommend improvements, resolve issues, and provide expertise. Lead supplier relationships on assigned projects, including training, briefings, and feedback to senior management.
- Manage supplier-related production costs, and collaborate with the SAP team to raise POs.
- Maintain project cost trackers and documentation, such as project setup and style guides. Develop guidelines, training materials, and production documents, supporting the UK Operational Implementation Manager as needed.
- Identify the root causes of issues, and implement effective solutions.
- Serve as Project Lead/Coordinator for Tech Mahindra’s client, Cambridge University Press, supporting global publishing of educational and academic materials.
