• Drive home loan sales through branch and generate business via builders, DSAs (Direct Selling Agents), etc.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly targets for disbursement and revenue
• Cross-sell other banking products
• Lead and manage a direct reporting team of 8-10 employees and sales team of 35-40 employees
• Set clear targets and monitor team performance
• Train, mentor, and motivate staff for productivity
• Build a result-oriented, high-performance culture
• Build and maintain relationships with: Customers,
  Builders and Channel partners
• Handle high-value clients (HNI customers)
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure satisfaction
• Ensure smooth loan documentation, processing, and disbursement
• Ensure adherence to:

- RBI guidelines
- Internal policies and audit standards

• Develop and implement strategies to improve branch efficiency and productivity.
• Manage staff scheduling, hiring and training processes.
• Direct daily operations of the branch, including customer service, human resources, sales and marketing activities.
• Monitor financial performance of the branch on a monthly basis.
• Plan work schedules to maintain adequate staffing levels.
