• Design and develop engaging eLearning course content for Medtronic Client projects using Articulate Storyline 360
• Analyze instructional design project requirements and work with the project manager around scope and solution
• Provide regular updates to the project manager

• Develop training materials associated with the project, such as instructor guides, participant guides, hands-on activities, handouts, diagrams and pictures, job aids, and self-study materials

• Create and send Project Customer Satisfaction Surveys and Lessons Learned surveys

• Research, Design and Develop engaging course content/learning solution for technical training modules for Honeywell products
• Develop training modules for ILT (Instructor Led Trainings), WBT (Web Based trainings)
• Coordinate with Client/SMEs for a clear understanding of learning objective and the end user/audience
• Test new features and report anomalies to development team
• Build assessments for courses to check Learners understanding
• Create learners guide, instructor notes for ILT trainings
• Participate in functional and design reviews of Test documents, User documents etc
• Provide timely and accurate work progress via status reports and weekly meetings

• Delivered trainings to Honeywell Employees and Clients on Honeywell products
• Resolve technical queries from instructors
• Proficient in Performance and Capacity Testing (PCT) and have good Knowledge of 5S process implementation

• Commissioning of field instruments, Installation of Instruments, Calibration, Cabling, Terminations, Loop Testing and Troubleshooting
