IDAM is an Authentication gateway for Jio apps and Wi-Fi Portal which is based on ORACLE OID Architecture. It’s used by LDAP utility of Oracle. It’s having all customized and open source Layer, It’s maintained all user information data. For authentication process, it delivers OTP in RMN. For Wi-Fi customers also maintained here. Jio Money authentication is handled by IDAM.

· Monitoring the application performance and maintaining uptime of the applications.

· Developing shell scripts for KPI monitoring of the application.

· Scheduling cronjobs for automation on KPI and performance monitoring.

· Troubleshooting and debugging issues related to application in journeys like Wi-Fi and O2A (Order 2 Activation).

· Executing LDAP queries for data extraction and analysis.

· Deploying war files for new releases.

· Configuring apache webservers of Wi-Fi portal as per the new releases.

· Configuring OTP (On Time Password) and session management duration using openAM console.

· Providing post deployment support for sanity testing of applications.

Notification Engine

Notification Engine application is used as platform for sending notification to the end customers via SMS (SMSC) or Email (SMTP) channels from integrated applications such as Billing, TIBCO, HPSM etc.

Its mail functionality involves:

> JMS/XML based request processing

> Outbound/SOAP request processing

> Bulk File Processing (Promotional & Transactional)

> Inbound request processing (SMPP)

Project Description: - CAS/CAM/Contego

The Central Authentication Service (CAS) is a single sign-on protocol for the web.Its purpose is to permit a user to access multiple applications while providing their credentials (such as userid and password) only once. It also allows web applications to authenticate users without gaining access to a user's security credentials, such as a password. The name CAS also refers to a software package that implements this protocol.

Responsibilities:

• Installation and maintenance and troubleshooting of servers for PAN India Client.

• Providing, maintaining and troubleshooting Systems and configuration.

• Identifying operational problems by observing and studying system functioning and performance results; investigating complaints and suggestions; interviewing process supervisors and operators; completing troubleshooting procedures

• Monitoring servers via Hyperic and Zabbix Monitoring Tools.

• Automation of various reports for in team and Client needs through flat UNIX files.

• Team work including daily basis server and job detailing and usage reporting.

• Providing remote Support to CAM Module customers (DISH TV)

• L2 tasks: Working on tickets, on BMC REMEDY ticketing tools, resolving issues within TAT, and obeying SLAs.

• Part of implementation and testing team for RISK TV, Norway, worked in OSLO for 1 Month.
