  • Own and manage the GapTech onboarding process for assigned new accounts, including system setup for new franchise partners and ongoing updates for existing franchise partners. This encompasses areas such as supply chain setup, file sharing, reporting subscriptions, B2B reporting, security approvals, and online image and content delivery.
  • Onboarding New Website/Online Partners: Conducting an in-depth information security review for a GAP-like website in the partner’s country (e.g., gap.in in India or gap.com.uk in the UK).
  • Security Upgrades & Support: Coordinating support and driving projects that affect partners due to security changes at Gap or Akamai.
  • Whitelisting Requests: Many partners’ IT systems are not connected to GAP corporate network. They leverage GAP imagery provided via JSON files over SFTP. Some partners have reported download blocks and have requested IP whitelisting.
  • Collaborating closely with Product Management and Technical teams to ensure effective business support for newly developed and enhanced product capabilities, as well as sustained use of existing Franchise and Enterprise/Leveraged systems within Gap Inc.
