HR Policies & Procedure:-

Recruitment & Joining process:-
Getting requirements from Technical Team and Business Units, collecting profiles from various sources, initial level screening, scheduling interviews, Offer & negotiation, pre-employment verification, issuing offer letter, appointment letter, Induction and training program for new employees, doing complete joining formalities.
Training & Development:-Understanding the training needs of the employees, Prepare Training Calendar, Planning for Internal trainers, External Trainers, trainees, Processing nominations, determining the effectiveness of training programmer & carrying out modifications if necessary, Preparing Progress reports, analysis report for all trainings.
Compensation & Benefits:-Payroll data processing for all the employees, deductions, benefits administration viz., Advances, Loan, ESIC, EPF etc, compensation structure, employee benefits & annual pay increments. Well versed with ESIC, EPF and other statutory compliances.
