Brokerage and Reconciliation

• Maintained an issue log to track the process errors and discuss with team on resolution and control to mitigate the issue that may occur in future designs.
• Responsible for monitoring Tracking invoices of different providers across OTC and Listed products, worked on products like FX, IRP, CREDIT DERIVATIVE, FIXED INCOME, COMMODITY, LD, USLO, EQUITY DERIVATIVE.
• Performed collation activity of different providers customizing the trade details in proper format so that the files get Run for further reconciliation process
• Performed IRP and Commodity validation (Reconciliation). Have worked on USLO SOA’S helping the team in the time of need
• Resolved all the urgent ADHOC request on time along with managing the BAU
• Responsible for handling a team of four people as being the SME of the process need to ensure the team work efficiently without any errors and making sure, they are trained on all the aspects
• Ensured all the standard operating procedures and process flow documents are updated as per the new updates provided by the client
• Maintained a progress report and Error tracker to track the progress of the team and process errors so that it’s discussed with team and proper resolution and control actions are taken to mitigate the issue that may occur in future.
• Used different applications such as Brocade, Ops desktop, Etask, email manager, Keystone platform
• Performed macro for collation activity so that the employee has time is to learn different process
• Responsible for Preparation of EOD report, BA Reject reports, accuracy reporting, RU reports, Deck call

Listed Derivatives Contract Setup and Maintenance

• Trade life cycle initial stage
• Possessed in-depth functional knowledge of the process area and applying it to operational scenarios to provide effective solutions to the internal team to avoid errors.
• Creation of products for Future/Option on Future/ Equity options/ OCC products/ Bond setups/ Coupon rate/Margin report
• Used different applications such as Prime View, GMI, Bloomberg terminal, Reuters, FIS, OCC, ION, RDU Terminal to ensure accurate creation of Listed derivate contracts and their maintenance.
• Performed Checker function in process so as to ensure there are no errors done by Maker.
• Worked on Resolving the break sheet generated by the system so as to ensure accurate data is available to be used by the different stakeholders within the firm
• Prepared the standard operating procedures and process flow of various activities

• Prepared 6 VBA Macros on basis of eliminating Risk and Saving time upto 240minutes per day
