Roles & Responsibilities:

• Managed US Non-IT recruitment, supporting the recruitment process from sourcing through candidate submission.
• Source candidates from the company's ATS/database based on active Job Descriptions and client requirements.
• Review and analyze Job Descriptions to understand required qualifications, skills, experience, location, and other hiring criteria.
• Match candidate profiles against Job Descriptions and identify candidates who closely meet client requirements.
• Screen and shortlist relevant profiles based on skills, experience, qualifications, and job requirements.
• Apply Boolean Search techniques to improve candidate sourcing and identify relevant profiles.

• Develop hands-on experience with US recruitment processes, ATS sourcing, Boolean Search, job portals, profile matching, candidate screening, and candidate management.

• Managed the end-to-end recruitment process for Non-IT requirements across UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, and Kuwait.
• Sourced candidates through recruitment databases, job portals, internal sources, and other relevant recruitment channels based on client requirements.
• Reviewed and screened candidate profiles to identify suitable candidates according to Job Descriptions and client specifications.
• Matched candidate qualifications, experience, skills, availability, and job requirements with suitable positions.
