• Reviewing of new RFQs/bid/tender documents for the scope of work and prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for the
  complete range of products for the storage, distribution and vaporization of liquid gases (LIN, LOX, LAR, LCO2, LN2O, LNG) based on customer specifications and project requirements.
• Developing techno-commercial proposals for Liquid air and LNG regasification system in response to customer inquiries, bids and
  tenders.
• Providing technical clarifications and support to customers, sales team, design team and other stakeholders (Quality and Procurement) for complete turnkey solution during pre-order
  and post order stage.
• Developing and implement pricing strategies for standard and fast-moving tank models to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
• Identifying and assess potential risks associated with every project, including technical, commercial, and logistical risks during preorder stage.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor pricing and customer requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Projects, Sales, Design, SCM and Production for price updates on weekly basis.
• Analyze data to identify trends, optimize costs, and improve proposal and estimation based on VAVE process.
• Developing and updating cost estimation templates, checklists, and other tools during post order stage and project closure meetings.
• Maintain accurate records of costs and submitting proposals for future reference and provide detailed reports and presentations to management on estimation processes and outcomes.
• Analyze historical project data to refine estimation processes and improve accuracy over time.

• Continuously monitor project expenses against budgets to ensure cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify variances and implement corrective actions when necessary to keep the project within budget.
• Assist in the preparation of project budgets by compiling data from engineering, procurement, and construction teams.
• Generate regular financial reports and performance metrics for senior management and project stakeholders.
• Work with project teams to review change orders and updates to the project cost estimates.
• Identify and assess financial risks associated with project delays, changes, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Present detailed cost reports that outline current spend, forecasts, and potential risks.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams to ensure alignment on financial goals and project performance.
• Support the development of best practices for cost control within the organization.

• Assist in the formulation of project budgets, integrating input from various engineering and procurement teams.
• Provide detailed cost analysis reports for internal reviews and decision-making.
• Participate in meetings with clients and stakeholders to discuss proposals and gather feedback.
• Evaluate the financial impact of project changes and variances on overall budget and schedule.
