I oversee the on boarding process, manage the entire recruitment cycle, and handle various profiles, including Asp.net Developers, PHP Developers, Testers, SQL Developers, BSA, Scrum Masters, SMEs, and more.
As a Team Lead, I leverage third-party tools to efficiently organize and maintain data related to the recruitment process. Additionally, I play a pivotal role in managing the payroll cycle, which has allowed me to gain valuable experience in this critical aspect of HR.
Working from home has given me the opportunity to effectively utilize communication platforms like MS Teams. I collaborate closely with both employees and management, taking the initiative to understand and resolve any issues that may arise.
In addition to my recruitment duties, I also contribute to various general HR functions that significantly contribute to the company's growth and performance. I make use of the Greyth HR portal to manage employee data, including attendance records, salaries, and other payroll-related activities. Furthermore, I utilize specialized software for employee monitoring to ensure efficient and effective workforce management.
