Identify problems uncovered by testing or customer feedback and correct problems. Validating each transaction & transaction type in Switch with expected response. Testing for various reports and batch process from system as per business requirement. Prepare scripts to run different transaction scenarios. Perform transactions over FINSIM simulator in the assigned Testing Slots. Verify and maintain transactions by checking Audit logs as well check Debit/Credit entries.

In Malaysia next gen Project, software developed by Silent mode (POS) and Invenco (Outdoor terminal). This project gives a solution for Loyalty, system operation, Integration, and Indoor and outdoor payment. Project aims to provide all round solution for the fueling and retailing to the customers of Shell on various pump terminal connect POS and terminal to the fuel dispenser to test the various functionality and feature. Mobile App end to end testing on every new build. End to end testing of POS Site-System Integration. Validate and maintain transaction receipts, logs for proper sync and updated at backend. Verify points awarding/burning on Capillary Member care as well on Bonus Link portal. Requirements gathering, collection of FSD and preparing Test prerequisites and test cases, Defect tracking, Defect triage, Project tracking in JIRA and Database handling.
