- Provide daily update status to the customers on Market Trends
- Overseeing the customer service process
- Resolving customer complaints brought to attention
- Meeting the client requirements on time as informed by manager
- Supporting customers on emails as per the client and closing the ticket by fixing the issue
- Approached problems logically and with good judgment to ensure the appropriate customer outcome
- Made appropriate decisions on behalf of the customer quickly and effectively
- Perform other duties as assigned.
